Do you provide international shipping?
Currently, we do not. But our dedicated team here at Inhem Supply is working hard to bring our products to our international friends and families.

How long do products usually take to ship?
Please allow for 1-2 business days for orders to process and another 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered. For more information on shipping, please visit your Shipping Information page.

How do I return/exchange an item?
We hope it never comes down to this! But if it does, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy.

Can I change an order once it's been placed?
If there is a change in your order, please contact us here or shoot us an email at hello@inhemsupply.com ASAP. We'll do what we can to help. However, after an order has been shipped, you must wait and follow our return procedures. 

How can I best take care of my product?
Great question! In every order, we've placed little notecards explaining how to best care for your order.

Do you design custom work for others?
In most cases, we don't. However, if you would like to collaborate with us on a campaign/project you may have, please feel free to contact us here or email us at hello@inhemsupply.com. We love a good collab.

Do you accept commissions from other designers?
Unfortunately, we don't. All our designs here at Inhem Supply are created and curated in-house in order to maintain the direction of our brand.
